Build and Maintain Your Fitness this Spring Season 

With Our Spring Strength and Conditioning Training

We are offering flexible packages of 10 training sessions plus 2 fitness assessments, running for 10 weeks, with flexible start dates that allow you to train and schedule your own training sessions whenever you want!  Our training is periodised to ensure optimal development of aerobic endurance and strength, and through assessments, we customise the intensity of the workout to fit each participant.   Our Hours of Operation for the months of March-May 2018 are:

  • Mondays, 6pm-9pm
  • Tuesdays, 6pm-9pm
  • Wednesdays, 6pm-9pm
  • Thursdays, 6pm-9pm
  • Fridays, 6pm-9pm
  • Saturdays, 11am-1pm
  • Sundays, 12pm-1pm
