		<description><![CDATA[<p>Offered as an addition to our Soccer-Specific Fitness Assessments, we will be using our exclusive Dartfish camera-based software to analyze athletes’ running gait, and create a personalized Media Book with video coaching/correction points and feedback.  Starting on Saturday, January 12<sup>th</sup>, 2013, individuals interested in our Dartfish Advanced Running Gait Analysis can attend the specialized assessments sessions on Saturday mornings, from 9:30-10:00am.</p>
<p>Our Advanced Video Running Gait Analysis will capture video of athletes while running, and analyze the following 5 main areas of the running stride:</p>
<ol>
<li><strong> Foot position and foot-strike</strong></li>
<li><strong>Hip flexion and knee lift</strong></li>

<p>Just in time for the start of the New Year, the Soccer Fitness Winter 2012 Power Running Series start in January, 2013!  Training will take place at the newly renovated Trio Sportsplex, on state-of-the-art, 40m x 20m, 4<sup>th</sup> Generation Field Turf Fields.</p>
<p>We are running two Power Running Series starting in October:</p>

<li><strong>Sunday Mornings, 10:00-11:00am, starts Sunday, January 13<sup>th</sup> </strong></li>

<p>The Soccer Fitness Training Centre has now expanded our hours of operation for the Winter 2011/2012 season.  Below is a summary of our new hours of operation as of December 1, 2012:</p>
<p>-          Mondays: 7:00-9:00pm                &#8211; Thursdays: 6:00-9:00pm</p>
<p>-          Tuesdays: 5:00-9:00pm               &#8211; Fridays: 6:00-9:00pm</p>
<p>-          Wednesdays: 6:00-9:00pm          &#8211; Saturdays: 10:00am-2:00pm</p>
<p><strong>During the upcoming Holiday Season, December 22<sup>nd</sup> – January 6<sup>th</sup>, the Soccer   Fitness Training Centre will be closed</strong>.  <strong>We will re-open with our regular hours of operation on Monday, January 7<sup>th</sup>.</strong></p>

<p>The 16-team FIFA U-17 Women&#8217;s World Cup Azerbaijan 2012 runs 22 September to 13 October in Baku (five venues) and Lankaran. This year&#8217;s tournament features players born 1995 or later. Since the tournament was inaugurated in 2008, Canada has participated in all three editions of the biennial tournament. Along with the biennial FIFA U-20 Women&#8217;s World Cup (which will be played in Canada in 2014), Canada has participated in eight of nine FIFA&#8217;s world youth women&#8217;s tournaments.</p>
