Our Approach

At Soccer Fitness. we have the soccer player down to a science.  Over 15 years’ worth of soccer-specific scientific research, combined with exhaustive practical experience, has gone into the development of the assessment and training programs we implement.  Our primary goal at Soccer Fitness is to ensure that each athlete receives the best possible physical preparation for their athletic endeavors.  In accordance with this goal, we have developed the Soccer Fitness Training Model, and Framework of Training, both of which are guided by the Soccer Fitness Principles of Training.  Read on to learn more!
