Soccer Fitness’ Boot Camp Training Programs utilize the same training methods that has made our athlete/sport-specific training programs so popular and successful:
repeated, high intensity interval bouts with a controlled work-to-rest ratio.
This type of high intensity interval training, done on our exclusive high speed running treadmills and custom made plyometric flooring, will help individuals of any age and fitness level to achieve their goals of weight loss and/or weight maintenance, as well as improved strength, endurance, balance and flexibility.
