At-Home Strength and Conditioning Programs

The Core Enhancement System, or CES, was developed for soccer players who are looking for a customized general training program (exercises without the ball) to address their specific weaknesses and needs.  The Core Enhancement System is a comprehensive, 16-week (4-month) exercise program complete with a day-by-day breakdown of each workout, pictures and DVD videos of all exercises to be performed, as well as an athletic nutritional guide for weight loss/gain strategies and a copy of the Canada Food Guide to ensure optimal diet planning.
