In response to increasing demand for programs for younger (U4-U8) players, as well as to the Canadian Soccer Association’s Long Term Player Development Model, Soccer Fitness introduced our new Junior Power Running Series in January of 2013.  Designed specifically for the U4-U8 age category, Junior Power Running is aimed at improving coordination and “physical literacy” in youth athletes, giving them a head start to improve not only their soccer ability, but also their athletic ability in general.  The early afternoon / after-school start time makes this program the ideal choice for younger children aged 4-8.

We have not yet scheduled a Junior Power Running Series for 2016.  Please check back to our website for further updates.
