On-Field Training

  • Done at our Power Running Series (Trio Sportsplex, 601 Cityview Blvd. in Vaughan) OR at your team’s training location
  • 1-hour training sessions include soccer-specific warm-up, coordination, speed/endurance training with the ball, and strength/core training
  • 1:15 Trainer : Athlete Ratio
  • Training packages include:
    • Power Running Series (our location):
      • 10 training sessions, 1 day per week for 10 weeks, at fixed days/time
        • Individual rate: $220 plus tax per person
        • Team rate (minimum of 15 players required): $165 plus tax per person
    • On-Field Team Training (your location):
      • 10 training sessions, 1 day per week for 10 weeks, at your team’s training location/time
        • Cost is $1200 plus tax
