10-Weeks Out  Fall Post-Season Maintenance Training

After the great success we had with our ’10-Weeks Out’ Spring  Pre-Season training programs, we have now developed our ’10-Weeks Out’ Fall Post-Season Maintenance program.   Running for 10 weeks, from mid-October until mid-December, our Fall Maintenance program is the perfect way to ensure you don’t lose your fitness levels once the outdoor season is over.  Our training is periodized to ensure optimal development of aerobic endurance and strength, and through assessments, we customize the intensity of the workout to fit each participant.   We are running 4 different ’10-Weeks Out’ Fall Maintenance Training programs, all starting in October:

1.     Monday Evenings, 5-6pm, 6-7pm, starts Monday, October 20th

2.     Wednesday Evenings, 5-6pm or 6-7pm, starts Wednesday, October 15th

3.     Friday Evenings, 5-6pm or 6-7pm, starts Friday, October 17th

4.     Saturday Afternoons, 1-2pm,  2-3pm, starts Saturday, October 18th  

All 10-Weeks Out programs come with 2 On-Field Fitness Assessments (pre- and post-training).  Choices for Assessment dates are:

  • Wednesday, October 8th: 6:00-7:00pm
  • Thursday, October 9th: 7:00-8:00pm
  • Friday, October 10th: 6:00-7:00pm

Fall Power Running Series

The Soccer Fitness Fall 2014 Power Running Series start in October, 2014!  Now entering its 8th year of operation, our Power Running Series provides truly soccer-specific speed, power, agility, endurance and strength training to both individuals and teams.  Utilizing our revolutionary On-Field Training Protocols, developed through years of research and travel to some of Europe’s leading youth academies, we provide a unique training stimulus incorporating specific exercises both with and without the ball.  Players are divided into small groups according to age and ability, and are instructed by highly qualified, knowledgeable staff of university educated kinesiologists and internationally licensed trainers and coaches.  Training will take place at the newly renovated Trio Sportsplex, on state-of-the-art, 40m x 20m, 4th Generation Field Turf Fields.

We are running 4 Power Running Series starting in October:

1.     Tuesday Evenings, 8:00-9:00pm, starts Tuesday, October 14th

2.     Thursday Evenings, 8:00-9:00pm, starts Thursday, October 16th

3.     Sunday Mornings, 10:00-11:00am, starts Sunday, October 19th

4.     Sunday Mornings, 11:00am-12:00pm,  starts Sunday, October 19th

Soccer Fitness Training Centre – New Hours for September 2014

The Summer 2014 season has come to an end, and with it, our Summer Hours at the Soccer Fitness Training Centre.  For the month of September, 2013, our new hours of operation will be:

Tuesday to Friday: 7:00-8:00pm, 8:00-9:00pm

(All sessions at the Soccer Fitness Training Centre are booked by appointment only).
