The 34th Member of the Soccer Fitness 20 MPH Club, Natalie successfully completed 2 separate, 4-second running bouts at a speed of exactly 20 miles per hour on Tuesday, August 9, 2011. A third-year midfielder with the York Lions Women’s Varsity Soccer Team, Natalie has been training with Soccer Fitness for the past month, and we are expecting her to continue to improve her speed and endurance in time for the upcoming Fall 2011 season.
