Top Speed: 20 MPH

 

The 101st Member of the Soccer Fitness 20 MPH Club, Neil successfully completed 2 separate, 4-second running bouts, at a top speed of exactly 20 miles per hour, on Thursday, August 2, 2012.  A defender with the University of Guelph Gryphons Men’s Varsity Soccer Team, Neil has been completed Soccer Fitness’ University Preparation training program for the past 2 months.  This year will be his 3rd season with the Gryphons, and we are expecting the extra improvements in speed and high intensity running ability to have a major impact on his performances with the team.
