Strength and Conditioning Training

  • Done at the Soccer Fitness Training Centre (2nd floor Trio Sportsplex, 601 Cityview Blvd. in Vaughan)
  • 1-hour training sessions include plyometrics, high speed/high incline treadmill training, harnessed treadmill training, and strength training
  • 1:5 Trainer : Athlete Ratio
  •  2-hour fitness assessments include soccer-specific measurement of speed, strength, power, agility, endurance and flexibility, as well as height, weight, and age of peak height velocity
  • Strength and Conditioning programs include 10 training sessions (1 session per week for 10 weeks) and 2 fitness assessments (1 pre-, and post-training assessment)
  •  Training packages include:
    • Fixed Package (Ten Weeks Out): scheduled at fixed days and times, at discounted rates ($250-300 plus tax)
    • Flexible Package: flexible scheduling options, 6 days per week (Monday-Saturday), at regular rates ($400 plus tax)
