Top Speed: 20 MPH

 

 

The 152nd Member of the Soccer Fitness 20 MPH Club, Keiana successfully completed 2 separate, 4-second running bouts, at a top speed of exactly 20 miles per hour, on Friday, June 21st, 2013.  Keiana is the first player from the Richmond Hill Raiders 1999 Girls team to run 20 miles per hour at the Soccer Fitness Training Centre.  The team has been training with Soccer Fitness since March of this year.  Congratulations Keiana, and we are looking forward to helping you and your team throughout the 2013 season.
