Top Speed: 20 MPH



The 126th Member – and 3rd SOCCER FITNESS STAFF MEMBER – of the Soccer Fitness 20 MPH Club, Soraia successfully completed 2 separate, 4-second running bouts, at a top speed of exactly 20 miles per hour, on Monday, February 25, 2013.  A former Women’s OYSL and OSL player, Soraia has been employed at the Soccer Fitness Training Centre since we opened in January of 2011.  She has participated in our Level 1 Training Protocols for the past 4 months.  We at Soccer Fitness would like to congratulate Soraia on her accomplishment, and wish her the best of luck in her soccer future.
