Soccer Fitness Inc. has published a new article in Inside Soccer Magazine Issue #95 (March/April 2012). The article, titled “Speed Endurance Training – The Key to a Successful Training Camp”, describes the unique on-field speed endurance training sessions used by Richard Bucciarelli, President of Soccer Fitness Inc., during his work with the Canadian National Women’s U17 team at their training camp in November, 2011. “I am excited to have the opportunity to share some of my speed endurance sessions with the Canadian soccer coach/player audience”, commented Richard. “These sessions provide a unique training stimulus, in that they are both efficient – taking a total of less than 20 minutes of practice time – and effective in improving players’ aerobic endurance. They can also be easily adapted to players and teams of any age and level of ability.”
