Soccer Fitness has published a new article in Issue #97 (July/August 2012).  Titled “Recovery Practices to Prevent Injuries in International Competitions”,  the article is centred around some of the recovery and regeneration practices used by Soccer Fitness President Richard Bucciarelli, Fitness Coach of the Canadian National Women’s U17 team, at the 2012 CONCACAF Championship tournament in Guatemala in May, 2012.  “As always it is an honor to be published in Inside Soccer Magazine”, commented Bucciarelli.  “The plan we used with the WNT U17 team in Guatemala was prepared with the help of Athletic Therapist Michelle Beckles, as well as Paolo Pacione, who was the Fitness Coach with the U17 team in 2008 and 2012, and helped qualify them to the FIFA Women’s U17 World Cups in both of those years.”  “I hope readers will take back some valuable and practical knowledge that they can apply to their own recovery/regeneration practices in soccer.”
