JUNIOR Power Running Series – space still available!
In response to increasing demand for programs for younger (U4-U8) players, as well as to the Canadian Soccer Association’s Long Term Player Development Model, Soccer Fitness will be introducing our new Junior Power Running Series in January of 2013. Designed specifically for the U4-U8 age category, Junior Power Running is aimed at improving coordination and “physical literacy” in youth athletes, giving them a head start to improve not only their soccer ability, but also their athletic ability in general.
The Junior Power Running Series starts Tuesday, January 15th, and runs for 10 weeks (consecutive to our Thursday Winter Power Running Series). The program runs from 4:00-5:00pm. Winter Power Running Series – Thursdays are full, space still available for Sundays
Just in time for the start of the New Year, the Soccer Fitness Winter 2012 Power Running Series start in January, 2013! Training will take place at the newly renovated Trio Sportsplex, on state-of-the-art, 40m x 20m, 4th Generation Field Turf Fields.
We are running two Power Running Series starting in October:
- Sunday Mornings, 10:00-11:00am, starts Sunday, January 13th
- Thursday Evenings, 8:00-9:00pm, starts Thursday, January 17th
The Thursday Winter Power Running Series is full, but space is still available for the Sunday Morning program. Dartfish Advanced Video Running Gait Analysis Starting Saturday, January 12th
Offered as an addition to our Soccer-Specific Fitness Assessments, we will be using our exclusive Dartfish camera-based software to analyze athletes’ running gait, and create a personalized Media Book with video coaching/correction points and feedback. Starting on Saturday, January 12th, 2013, individuals interested in our Dartfish Advanced Running Gait Analysis can attend the specialized assessments sessions on Saturday mornings, from 9:30-10:00am.
