10 Weeks Out: New 10-Week Pre-Season Training Program!
February is here, and that means that the start of the 2014 outdoor soccer season is just around the corner. At Soccer Fitness, we know that this means players, coaches and teams will be looking for opportunities to get the required fitness training in before the season starts and it’s too late! We have created a special 10-Weeks Out, Pre-Season Training Program, designed to improve and maximize physical fitness for soccer players in the 10 weeks from March to May, just prior to the start of the 2014 outdoor season. Below are the details of the 10-Weeks Out Program:
· Tuesday Evenings, 5:00-6:00pm
· 1st Session is Tuesday, March 18th
· Program will run for 10 weeks, finishing on Tuesday, May 13th
· All Training to take place at the Soccer Fitness Training Centre
· Cost of this 10-week (10-session) program is only $200 plus tax
