‘10-Weeks Out’  Fall Post-Season Maintenance Training

Running for 10 weeks, from mid-October until mid-December, our Fall Maintenance program is the perfect way to ensure you don’t lose your fitness levels once the outdoor season is over.  Our training is periodized to ensure optimal development of aerobic endurance and strength, and through assessments, we customize the intensity of the workout to fit each participant.   We are running 4 different ’10-Weeks Out’ Fall Maintenance Training programs, all starting in October:

1.     Monday Evenings, 5-6pm, 6-7pm, starts Monday, October 19th

2.     Wednesday Evenings, 5-6pm, 6-7pm, starts Wednesday, October 14th

3.     Friday Evenings, 5-6pm, 6-7pm, starts Friday, October 16th

4.     Saturday Afternoons, 1-2pm,  2-3pm, starts Saturday, October 17th

 Fall Power Running Series

The Soccer Fitness Fall 2015 Power Running Series start in October, 2015!  Now entering its 9th year of operation, our Power Running Series provides truly soccer-specific speed, power, agility, endurance and strength training to both individuals and teams.  Utilizing our revolutionary On-Field Training Protocols, developed through years of research and travel to some of Europe’s leading youth academies, we provide a unique training stimulus incorporating specific exercises both with and without the ball.  Players are divided into small groups according to age and ability, and are instructed by highly qualified, knowledgeable staff of university educated kinesiologists and internationally licensed trainers and coaches.  Training will take place at the newly renovated Trio Sportsplex, on state-of-the-art, 40m x 20m, 4th Generation Field Turf Fields.

We are running 2 Power Running Series starting in October:

1.     Thursday Evenings, 8:00-9:00pm, starts Thursday, October 15th

2.     Sunday Mornings, 11:00am-12:00pm,  starts Sunday, October 18th

   New Soccer Fitness Trainer’s Course Registration Now Open

Held for the first time ever in January 2016, the Soccer Fitness Trainer’s Course is a one-of-a-kind coach education course, aimed at fitness professionals and/or soccer coaches looking to increase their knowledge and practical skills in the design and implementation of soccer-specific on-field fitness training.

The first edition of our Course will be taking place January 8th, 9th, and 10th, at Trio Sportsplex, located at 601 Cityview Blvd. in Vaughan.

Our Course will combine theoretical lectures in the sports sciences, with the practical and soccer-specific application of these sciences.  Fitness professionals and/or soccer coaches who take the Soccer Fitness Trainer’s Course will learn how to plan and implement year-round soccer-specific fitness training programs for their teams.

The Summer 2015 season has come to an end, and with it, our Summer Hours at the Soccer Fitness Training Centre.  For the month of September, 2013, our new hours of operation will be:
