Winter Power Running Series

Just in time for the end of the Holiday Season, the Soccer Fitness Winter Power Running Series start in January, 2013!  Now entering its 7th year of operation, our Power Running Series provides truly soccer-specific speed, power, agility, endurance and strength training to both individuals and teams. Training will take place at the newly renovated Trio Sportsplex, on state-of-the-art, 40m x 20m, 4th Generation Field Turf Fields.  We are running two Power Running Series starting in January:

  1. Thursday Evenings, 8:00-9:00pm, starts Thursday, January 17th
  2. Sunday Mornings, 10:00-11:00am, starts Sunday, January 13th

 NEW Junior Power Running Series

In response to increasing demand for programs for younger (U4-U8) players, as well as to the Canadian Soccer Association’s Long Term Player Development Model, Soccer Fitness will be introducing our new Junior Power Running Series in January of 2013.  Designed specifically for the U4-U8 age category, Junior Power Running is aimed at improving coordination and “physical literacy” in youth athletes, giving them a head start to improve not only their soccer ability, but also their athletic ability in general.

The Junior Power Running Series starts Tuesday, January 15th, and runs for 10 weeks (consecutive to our Thursday Winter Power Running Series).  The program runs from 4:00-5:00pm.  The early afternoon / after-school start time makes this program the ideal choice for younger children aged 4-8.  For more information about Junior Power Running, or to download your Registration form, CLICK HERE.

Winter Hours and December / January  Holiday Hours

The Soccer Fitness Training Centre has now expanded our hours of operation for the Winter 2011/2012 season.  Below is a summary of our new hours of operation as of December 1, 2012:

–          Mondays: 7:00-9:00pm                – Thursdays: 6:00-9:00pm

–          Tuesdays: 5:00-9:00pm               – Fridays: 6:00-9:00pm

–          Wednesdays: 6:00-9:00pm          – Saturdays: 10:00am-2:00pm

During the upcoming Holiday Season, December 22nd – January 6th, the Soccer   Fitness Training Centre will be closedWe will re-open with our regular hours of operation on Monday, January 7th.
